PURCHASES IN REAIS: Purchases made through Azul's website and mobile app (via smartphones and tablets) are exempt from the issuance fee. The issuance fee is charged for purchases made at counters located at airports, physical stores and the company's call center. Airports and Physical Stores: On domestic flights, the charge is R$170.00 (one hundred and seventy reais) for purchases with a total value of up to R$1,500.00 or 10% of the fare when it exceeds R$1,500.00. On international flights, the issuance fee is 7% of the fare paid. Call center (+55 11 4003-1118): The charge starts at R$170.00 (one hundred and seventy reais) per passenger and per leg on domestic flights, and starts at R$350.00 (three hundred and fifty reais) reais) per passenger and per leg on international flights. Fares with flexible rules (booking in Class Y): Will be made available for sale only through the Call Center. No change or cancellation fees will be charged. Refund of 95% (ninety-five percent) of the fare value. No issuance fee will be charged.

 

PURCHASES WITH POINTS and POINTS + MONEY: For reservations issued with points or points + money through the Azul Fidelity customer service channel (+55 11 4003-1141), physical stores or at airports, the Redemption Fee starts at R$170.00 (one hundred and seventy reais) per passenger for domestic flights and starts at R$350.00 (three hundred and fifty reais) per passenger for international flights. For reservations issued with points or points + money on the Azul website (logged into Azul Fidelity) and mobile app (via “smartphones” and “tablets”), for domestic flights the Redemption Fee starts at R$49.90 (forty-nine reais and ninety cents) per passenger and per leg, with Redemption Fee exemption for flights with dates greater than or equal to 90 days in advance, and for international flights the Redemption Fee starts at R$169.90 (one hundred and sixty-nine reais and ninety cents) per passenger and per leg, with Redemption Fee exemption for flights with dates greater than or equal to 120 days in advance. Azul Linhas Aéreas informs that it only sells airline tickets through the official channels mentioned. False messages have been improperly sent via email by unauthorized persons. We inform you that we do not send emails to grant airline tickets upon presentation of a numbered coupon at the company's ticket offices and ask customers to disregard any emails with such content.

In compliance with Law No. 12,741/2012, we inform the tax percentages, PIS – 0.65%, COFINS – 3.00%, CPS – 1.00%
