PURCHASES IN REAIS: Purchases made through Azul’s website and the "mobile application” (via smartphones and tablets) are exempt from the issuance/convenience fee. This issuance/convenience fee is charged on purchases made at airport counters, physical stores, and through the company’s call center. Airports and physical stores: On domestic flights, the amount charged is of R$ 50.00 for purchases with a total value up to R$ 500.00 or 10% of the amount of the fare when it exceeds R$ 500.00. On international flights, the convenience fee is of 7% of the amount of the fare paid. Call Center (+55 11 4003-1118): The amount charged starts at R$ 60.00 (sixty reais) per passenger and per trip leg on domestic flights, and at R$ 160.00 (one hundred and sixty reais) per passenger and per trip leg on international flights.
PURCHASES VIA POINTS: For reservations issued via points via the customer service channel (+55 11 4003-1141), the amount charged starts at R$ 55.00 (fifty five reais) per passenger for domestic flights and at R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) per passenger for international flights. For reservations issued via points on the website: for domestic flights, the amount charged starts at R$ 39.90 (thirty nine reais and ninety cents) per passenger, and per trip leg for international flights at R$ 100.00 (one hundred reais) per passenger and per trip leg. An exemption from the convenience fee will be made if the purchase is made via the mobile application (via smartphone or tablet) or at airport stores (provided the issuance is made by the point holder for his/her own journey). Azul Linhas Aéreas informs that it only sells airline tickets through the official channels mentioned. False messages have been unduly sent via email by unauthorized persons. Please know that we do not send emails to grant airline tickets via the presentation of a numbered coupon at the company's ticket windows and we ask our customers to disregard any emails with such content.
