ACHATS RÉELS: Les achats effectués via le site Web Azul et l'application mobile (via "smartphones" et "tablettes") sont exonérés des frais d'émission. Les frais d'émission sont facturés pour les achats effectués auprès des comptoirs situés dans les aéroports, les magasins physiques et le centre d'appels de l'entreprise. Tarifs avec règles flexibles (réservation en classe Y) : seront disponibles à la vente uniquement via le centre de service client. Aucun frais de modification ou d'annulation ne sera facturé. Remboursement de 95 % (quatre-vingt-quinze pour cent) de la valeur du tarif. Aucun frais d'émission ne sera facturé.
