Right to Withdraw: You will be allowed to return the purchased Ticket, free of charge, within 24 hours after the Ticket has been issued and the purchase receipt was received, given that there is an advance of 7 days or more on the departure date of the outbound flight.

Right of Repentance: It will be allowed to withdraw from the purchased Ticket, free of charge, within a period of up to 24 hours after the Ticket issuance and the respective receipt of the voucher, provided that there is an advance period equal to or greater than 07 days in relation to the date of departure of the flight one way.
