* All instruments must be transported in a rigid case.
Acoustic guitar and guitar is currently transported in the cabin but replaces hand luggage, being able to take only the guitar and the personal item, such as a purse.
** Bicycles must be in rigid or tightly packed cases, and the handlebars must be folded and the pedals removed.
* We only ship the TV / monitor if it is in its original factory packaging (TVs and / or monitors must be packed in their appropriate boxes)
* Televisions of any size will not be transported on connecting flights with LATAM Airlines.
The Special baggage listed above and other items that need to be transported (not listed here) must be up to 23kg. If it exceeds 23kg and does not exceed the maximum limit of 45kg, a new service fee will be charged. For the surfboard the maximum length is 320cm, except with ATR operation that the maximum limit is 190cm.
For flights to / from Europe, if you exceed 23 kg and do not exceed a maximum of 32 kg, a new service charge of EUR 150.00 will be charged.
For flights between Brazil and South America / Cayenne, if you exceed 23 kg and do not exceed a maximum of 45 kg, a new service charge of U$ 50.00 will be charged.

We are unable to transport this type of equipment, due to air transportation security restrictions. Restrictions are valid for both domestic and international flights.
Some objects are not transported by Azul:
Azul has the right to refuse any luggage or cargo which it considers may endanger flight safety, either by size, weight or type that prevents it from being transported on aircraft. This may include bulky sports equipment and musical instruments, or anything that cannot be carried in the hold of the aircraft.
Azul does not carry as checked baggage goods whose value exceeds the
indemnity limit of 1,131 (one thousand one hundred and thirty one) DES.
If there is a need to order these volumes, we advise you to contact our Azul Cargo
service center 55.11 4003-83-99, which has its own rules for this type of transportation.
You can check extra luggage for an additional cost through our digital channels or at the airport check-in counter. However, please note, if the weight of each piece of luggage exceeds 23 kg or the maximum dimensions allowed of 158 cm (sum of all sides), a flat fee will be charged for excess luggage.
It is very close to your flight so you can only buy baggage directly at the airport.
