Customer Service Agent – Orlando International Airport (Part-Time)

Job Description:

- Proactively create an initial rapport with customers and anticipate their needs
- Perform the full range of customer service functions including but not limited to:
- Operate a computerized reservation system
- Customer check-in and assistance
- Ticketing (Azul Sales Desk)
- Customer check-in and assistance
- Checking in Baggage
- Boarding gate management/boarding gate announcements
- Assist customers with Immigration and Customs processing
- Ensure customers are cared for during irregular operations
- Baggage services – delayed baggage processing
- Jetbridge operation
- Communicate critical information to Flight Crew personnel
- Plan and communicate weight restrictions, mail, freight, and container loading procedures with below wing business partners
- Communicate critical information to Flight Crew personnel
- Assuring on-time performance in a safe manner
- Assist with Station auditing
- Complete daily reports
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager and/or Supervisor

Experience:

- Background in Airport, Airline, or Travel industry environment preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED

Skills:

- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite a plus
- English proficient
- Bi-lingual in English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Able to work flexible shifts (including Holidays & Weekends)
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items
- Must be able to lift up to 70Lbs/32Kgs
- Self starter, motivated, a desire to contribute and make a difference
- Passion towards exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure

No problem, you can include more pounds at the airport during check-in. But attention, if the weight of checked baggage exceeds 23kg will be charged the excess of luggage.
