The issuance/convenience fee is charged on purchases made through AZUL´s website, ticket counters located in airports, retail stores, call center, except for the “mobile app”, as follows: “Mobile App”: Exemption of fee.
Call Center (55 11 4003.1118): For domestic flights, the amount of the charge is from R$ 10.00 (ten Reais) per passenger each way and 7% over the value of the fare paid for international flights.
Website - For domestic flights, the amount of the charge is from US$ 5.00 (five Dollars) per passenger each way and from US$ 10.00 (ten Dollars) per passenger each way on international flights, if purchased through AZUL´s website. This fee will be waived if the customer making the purchase through AZUL´s website is properly logged in to their "TudoAzul” loyalty account.
Airport and retail stores: For domestic flights, the fee is R$ 40.00 (forty Reais) for purchases with the total amount of R$ 400.00 (four hundred Reais) or 10% (ten percent) over the value of the fare when this is higher than R$ 400.00. On international flights, the fee is 7% over the value of the fare paid.
For reservations made with points at the Call Center (55 11 4003.1141), the fee is R$ 40.00 (forty Reais) per passenger for domestic flights and R$ 80.00 (eighty Reais) per passenger for international flights.
For reservations made with points on the website for domestic flights the fee is from R$ 10,00( ten Reais ) per passenger and for international flights is from R$ 50.00 (cinquenta reais) per passenger. Azul Linhas Aéreas advises that it only sells tickets through the abovementioned official channels. Azul Linhas Aéreas does not send emails to grant tickets upon presentation of numbered coupons at booking offices of the company and asks customers to disregard any e-mails with such content. False messages have been wrongly sent via email by unauthorized persons.
