PURCHASES IN BRAZILIAN REAIS: The convenience/issuance fee is charged for all purchases made at the Azul website, airport counters, stores and callcenter. Airports and stores: On domestic flights, a fee of BRL 40.00 (forty Brazilian Reais) is charged for purchases totaling up to BRL 400.00 (four hundred Brazilian Reais), or 10% (ten percent) in case of fares over BRL 400.00. A fee of 7% of the fare price is charged on international flights. Callcenter (+55 11 4003-1118): Starting fee of BRL 35.00 (third five Brazilian Reais) per passenger, for domestic flights, and BRL 120.00 (one hundred and twenty Brazilian Reais) per passenger, for international flights. Website: Starting fee of BRL 16.50 (sixteen Brazilian Reais and fifty cents) per flight and per passenger, for domestic flights, and BRL 50.00 (fifty Brazilian Reais) per flight and per passenger, for international flights. This fee is not charged to customers logged into the “TudoAzul” program via the mobile app (using smartphones or tablets) or others purchasing “flex” fares in domestic flights or “business” fares in international flights.

A starting fee of BRL 20.00 (twenty Brazilian Reais) per passenger, for domestic flights, and BRL 60.00 (sixty Brazilian Reais) per passenger, for international flights, will be charged for reservations made at the website with points. The convenience/issuance fee is not charged for purchases made through the smartphone/tablet mobile app or at airport stores (issued by the account holder for his/her own use). Azul only sells tickets through the official channels listed above. False email messages have been sent to consumers by unauthorized persons. Azul hereby informs that it does not send emails containing coupon numbers to be exchanged for air tickets, and requests its customers to disregard any emails received with such content.
